Reiki is a complimentary health care alternative,
providing hands-on relaxation techniques through
this Japanese healing approach.

REIKI means “spiritually guided life force energy”
and Soul Perspectives is happy to offer this through
treatments or through certification classes towards
becoming a Reiki Master.

Reiki can be used to enhance the effectiveness
of regular medical treatments and has been known
to help people heal every type of illness or disease.

Reiki treatments

Why get a treatment?

Most diseases are a source of or are caused by s t r e s s. Reiki

• reduces stress,
• increases life energy
• improves health on all levels:
  • physically,
  • mentally and
  • spiritually

Reiki can be used to
enhance the effectiveness of regular medical treatments and
has been known to help people heal every type of illness or disease

Treatment types

There are two types of Reiki treatments you can choose from: the full treatment and the distance treatment.

1. The full treatment – A full Reiki treatment uses a massage table*, is done in person and lasts between 1h to 1h30. Our Reiki practitioner places his or her hands lightly on or near your body in different positions to pass on the Reiki energy.
2. The distance treatment – It lasts from 15-30 minutes and begins with a call from one of our Reiki practitioners to discuss the intention of the treatment. Then, as you rest comfortably at home, the practitioner sends you the energy from afar. The treatment is followed by another call to discuss the session.

*Note that Reiki treatments are done fully clothed.

Reiki attunements

Everyone has the ability to practice Reiki. Reiki attunements, which are usually given over a weekend, unlock this ability and teach you how to give treatments.

The weekends start on the Friday evening with a free information session. The attunements themselves are done on Saturday between teaching and practice sessions. There are different Reiki levels & weekends:

Level 1 Reiki allows you to treat yourself and others in person.

Level 2 Reiki teaches you to give Reiki at a distance.

Level 3 Reiki/Master level allows you to teach and pass attunements.
